If you're missing the courses from your course area, double check that you logged in with the SAME email you purchased with, and there are no typos in your email.

If you created an account with a DIFFERENT email than the one you purchased, we will need to manually add access to your account.

If you purchased the bundle using PayPal we will need to manually create your CRM account, please email our team at [email protected] so we can create your new account for you.

If you paid using your debit/credit card but still didn't receive a login email, there may be a typo in your email, please send our team and email at [email protected] so we can update your settings and troubleshoot your login access.

What order should I use my resources (Course, CNM, CRM ) in?

If you're brand new to LSS, we recommend starting with the LSS Six Figure Course and getting LSS Certified FIRST!

Once you're certified, it's time to dive into the LSS Marketing Software and start your digital marketing journey.

You can always use CNM, the monthly membership with Mark, as a support tool to help keep you on track.

How long do I have my resources for?

You have LIFETIME access to the LSS Six Figure Course after you've completed your payments.

The LSS Marketing Software and the LSS CNM membership are monthly subscriptions that you can choose to pause, cancel or renew at anytime.

If you cancel the LSS Marketing Software you will no longer have access to the Live calls, CRM, or CRM course training area.

If you cancel CNM you will no longer have access to the community, live calls, or support resources.
